1. I have chosen Coca-Cola as my product for this assignment. This is one of the most successful brands in the world and it’s mostly thanks to its marketing brilliance. Coca-Cola has several consumer segments and they include:
* Age. Age and lifestyle consideration is usually a very tricky variable when it comes to consumer segments as the abilities and desires of consumers change with time. Coca-Cola mostly targets youngsters as they need refreshments more than older people in order to cope up with their activities.
* Gender. Both men and women have different attitudes, behaviors, and orientation and Coca-Cola is well aware of this which is why it has a different range of drinks. This ensures that both genders have something they can associate themselves with.
