Description of The Business
Sidar Inc. is a company that produces energetic drinks of all colors and tastes. It is located in Orlando, Florida. The firm operates 24 hours in a day, as employees work in shifts. This is to ensure that the clients will always purchase the products any time of their choice. Prices of the products range according to the size of the drinks. A 300ml bottle costs $3, while 500ml is $5 and 100ml costs $10. We hope to target all customers around Orlando City and the whole of Florida. If the business progress, we hope to reach out to all people of United states.
Competitors

The strengths of Kapoya Premium Energy are that the company offers unique and original flavors and the products have low calories. However, the products are sugar-free, of which most clients would prefer taking drinks that have sugar (Kapoya Premium Energy Drinks, 2018). County Soda Systems Inc. on the other hand, produces products that are of high quality, has a quick delivery and is one of the largest independent manufacturers of fountain soda. However, despite selling products on the lowest price possible, they can be too cheap that clients will not value their products due to their easy accessibility in the market and would prefer much expensive products. Boca Raton-Based Energy Drink Company centers on health and fitness of clients by producing drinks that hastens metabolic rate (Pounds, 2018), burns fats in the body and offers health energy. However, the products do not lead to loss of weight without exercise and a healthy diet.
Objectives and Theme
Sidar Inc. has several aims to help nurture and boost the business. They incorporate: reinforcing the image of the brand, strengthening the brand image, forming the opportunity for sampling of products and trial, intensifying and upholding market share, opening newfangled distribution networks, and falsifying new relations with outlook leaders. Additionally, SIdar Inc. hopes to improve the moral of employees, gain competitive advantage, as well as launching a new product and service. The theme of this company is “Feel the World”. We came up with the theme because it implies that when a client takes the drink, they feel the excitement and more energetic than usual.

Each company also needs an equivalent mix to blend the numerous facets of promotion into a cohesive plan (Boone & Kurtz, 2010). Two components are used in the promotional mix: personal and non-personal selling- that the firm will use to fulfill the needs of the company's target clients and communicate to them in an efficient way. Nonpersonal auction to be used will be advertising and sales promotion. Personal selling will incorporate face to face promotion of the products to the clients. This promotional mix activity is going to take place within the first three months. Within the three months, we will have already reached our target market.
* Special events
Trade shows are the special events that will take place within the three month period. It is the second most vital marketing promotional expenditure after personal selling. It will be a concert where, though the aim is to be entertained, there will be promotion and launching of Sidar Inc.
* Advertising
Social media undoubtedly will be the top most method of advertising for this firm. We will be using Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to reach out to the clients and give them a chance to ask questions and offer feedback on our products so that we can know how we can improve and satisfy the needs of our target market. The second most media to use is television. When advertisements in tv take place, they reach to a multitude of people and the audience will be able to know about a new product in the market.
* Visual merchandising
Interior visual merchandising for Sidar Inc. will involve designs and color schemes that target the customer profiles and help to create the renowned atmosphere of the store.
