Nothing Unique to Offer
Lack of venture Uniqueness:
Product uniqueness gives one the advantage over the customers in the market. This gives a financial upper hand. The products are known to provide more new customers and also build loyal customers. There are two main types of Product uniqueness. The first one is Cost differentiation. This could be that the particular product has a high cost or lower than the average cost. The high end products may have the intention to attract only the rich. The lower than average cost is basically something that is very minimal in nature (Supriyatno, Susilawati & Hassan, 2020). The lesser than the average means that there could be attractive discounts which make products more available in the market. The other major uniqueness is through quality or the features. The particular type of feature means a unique set of products. This gives an added advantage in the market. This may create an advantage if customers can only purchase that product from that customer. The customers have a greater advantage if they have a unique product on display. But the quality is very crucial for retention of customers (Ar et al. 2020). With the growing number of businesses a basic product such as the Pizzeria could have an added advantage if it has extra features which make it unique to its substitutes. There should be no product substitutes is something of extra advantage if customers are unable to find the same product as one company. It is true that Pizzeria does not give uniqueness hence as the other competitors are also offering the same which George is trying to offer. Apart from that customer who is loyal to the other brands they may be unable to switch to other brands rather they would be influenced to stick to the same brand (Alamerew & Brissaud, 2019). The investor of George is partially true. This is a very important aspect in any business which has a unique product. Quality and innovation is checked every single year. This could help to make a better product and service over time. This also gives the added advantage of uniqueness to the product.
Feasibility criteria for new product venture:
Feasibility criteria of the new product venture denotes the set of the factors that helps to determine whether the product can be developed, marketed and produced successfully to the market. Market demand is the main aspect of the product venture as it ensures the market demand and customer needs. Technical feasibility shows the product must be technically feasible in producing and delivering to the market (Dwijayani, 2019). Product designing, supply chain logistics and manufacturing processes are its parts. Business model viability also important part of the feasibility study and it ensures the business model must be sustainable and viable. Through the feasibility criteria it has been identified that George’s Pizzeria have identified the high demand market but it is necessary to add value to its product in order to meet the customers needs and expectations. Technical feasibility is highly necessary for George’s market venture and product development which could give product uniqueness. Product designing and supply chain logistics are the most important part for new market venture and for the successful development of the product in the market, it is necessary for George to do meet the feasibility criteria.
Recommendation:
The unique selling proposition is something that companies work to build a company which is unique from its competitors. This could be revealed in the product tagline. Thus tag lines could be part of the marketing campaign. This tagline is good for attracting customers for that particular aspect of the product.
Product uniqueness comes from a very aspect of what extra features the product has which is not present in the products of the competitors (Bartlett et al. 2019). The product itself does not exist in the market is a very crucial aspect for a unique selling proposition. There may be innovations which do not exist in the market. The product uniqueness could through the following factors:
Supply chain management is the most important factor for developing product in the chosen market for George. Convenience of buying a particular product is very crucial for customers to feel at ease. It may be hard for customers to purchase. This could be even for products which are unique by value in the market. Easy purchase and fast delivery is important.
Product designing and Reliability is another factor. The particular product never fails. The more reliable the product is, the more customers may look for it. These are the major propositions of the products to be unique. Quality of the product is another factor for uniqueness. Quality...
