Communication is an important life skill which is not only required in personal life but also in the profession, workplace and business realm. Depending on the nature of the profession, interactions with customers or other people may require excellent communication while handling complex issues that require clear explanations (Cohn, 2017). The level of communication skills possessed by the employees can determine the level of success that the company will attain in the end. It is difficult to attain success in either business or professional field without good communication skills since they are part of the marketing strategy. The essential concepts of communication centre on three major aspects which are; interpersonal communication, professional presentations and meetings and business protocol for professionals. The coca cola company is the world’s largest beverage distribution system and is enjoyed worldwide at a rate of approximately 1.9 billion sales daily.
