Introduction
An organization or company can relate its success to successful training and development programs that are within it. These are definitely the success factors. As the HR Director, before putting down the training program, I would first assess the needs within the firm that may require training, for example, what skills would we require in ensuring customer satisfaction is always achieved or what skills would improve employee performance at an individual level? This assessment of needs will guide on what I should include in the training program. Secondly, I will define the goals this program should attain in the long run. I believe objectives give a sense of direction as they show what should be achieved and therefore I would use the objectives to evaluate the success of the training program. Lastly, before drafting the training program, I would ask of the other employees' participation as in what they would suggest being considered in the program
