Most media corporations assert to the claim that they are creative, and possess the belief that merely fabricating content makes them resourceful and inventive. A majority of the media firms are not mainly creative, nevertheless, and we distinguish it daily as we are opposed with standard and imitative content of limited eminence. However, some corporations are constantly noteworthy for distinctive and ground-breaking content that encounter higher standards. What makes them fruitful is their aptitude to manage creativity. The notion of managing creativity may seem like an oxymoron. Anyone who has operated with talented writers, designers, actors, or musicians has in knowledge that the muse of creativity is whimsical and does not present itself on a foreseeable agenda. This does not really mean that it is impossible for an enterprise to achieve creativity, however, establishments that constantly harvest highly creative content spend a great deal of effort in managing the ambient environment and progressions in which creativity takes place. They do so to make certain that creativity can blossom and be nurtured within their operations. The revolt brings about governmental changes. The output of the media enterprise is the one that determines whether the individual is bound in him to make a contribution to the well-being of the public broadcasting enterprise and that the system of values plays an essential role in making such choices and it is to the reason why the choice can be well-defined as an ethical one. So what are these morals or ethics an individual making contribution is bound to consider?
1)    The type of people hired-the first media organizational challenge is to classify and appeal creative people who can do a good job inside an organizational setting. There are multiple vastly creative individuals who are incapable of contributing cooperatively and serially to the development creative content. Working successfully inside a media organization requires more than merely having creative capacities. It involves people with the aptitudes to bring into line their individual creative bustle with the goals, culture, and deadlines of the media enterprise and capabilities to cooperate with others in doing the same.
2)    Structure put in place to facilitate creativity-Efficacious creative enterprises comprehend the requirements for creative partnerships and the significance of teams in pursuing creativity. Subsequently, they incline to form working clusters of people who cut across utilities and lessen the muggy influences of stiff organizational edifices and needless hierarchy.
3)    Getting the processes correct-the supreme creative media organizations should focus on revamping processes that expedite creativity. They certify that work schemes and practices ought to offer inducements and provision for the idea creation, taking risk, and faults that are unavoidable when great stages of originality are involved. At times, this will involve the hiring of writers on contracts which are not limited to a specific television fabrication, regularly swapping quotas of creative teams with firsthand personalities to retain ideas fresh, and give ample time for original processes to work.

4)    Deliver the precise leadership-Imaginative people need leaders who take value in and comprehend creativity and are capable of balancing the demands of the media organization and the individuals within it, in order to keep engagements and energy at a high pedestal, and ensure a perpetual flow of original content. Regrettably, these leaders of these qualities are few and most of them incline to be charismatic leaders with their own unique attributes. The film, audio and television producers, magazine editors, and other leaders are capable of conveying their revelations, compassion, and inspirational attitudes in ways that coax others to produce and give uttermost creativity. Majority of the desired qualities of these individuals are innate, so to speak, which then means managers must invest quite a significant amount of time establishing, nurturing, and retaining such creative leaders.
Therefore with the above entities outlined, it is prudent to distinguish from a personal perspective what are the viabilities one finds in a media enterprise that would make him or her to consider making charitable contributions.

Putting railroads in its context embodied in the respective novels, we see that it was merely the prospective way to eradicate poverty and to advance communal life, as well as fiscal conditions of the republic. Both metal and railroad trades were strongly intertwined with each other and the traders acted contrary to communism so as to elucidate that people ought to work and only the hard work will bring forth to them common well-being. In actual sense, railroads contributed to the start of public transport services, as well as to the development of industrial sector. It is for this reason that people whet their lives to this trade, and dreamed of its advancements. In Atlas Shrugged the railroads can be related to the ideology of socialism and democracy. The author exposes to the extent which it is difficult to share with fortunate people the things that have been netted by working very hard, by being relentless in making numerous efforts, as well as by risking their lives.
