S.W.O.T. Analysis for TopGolf and Gates n Fences
A swat or S.W.O.T. analysis is the preliminary investigation in which an organization or company determines its internal weaknesses and strengths (Vlados, 2019). And once identified, these companies or organizations evaluate the external threats and opportunities and the market value (Gurl, 2017). The analysts use the SWOT analysis in the marketing spree to determine the nature of the business and analyze the services and products offered by the companies in the market. The SWOT analysis is useful for organizations and companies, where it is deemed necessary for the self-assessment. Furtherly, the Swat can enhance the launching of new products and ideas or hold the event. These analyses are better for beginning discussions on objectives and the next steps to be undertaken (Teoli, Sanvictores & An, 2019). The basic SWOT analysis only lists strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and organizational threats but does not evaluate them as affecting each other. On the other hand, complex S.W.O.T. analyses ascertain the firm's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and determine how they influence each other, creating a strategy for maximizing strengths. Therefore, there is necessary to focus on the SWOT analysis based on the visual communication design elements of TopGolf.com and Gatesnfences.com.
