The author has used various techniques to determine inconsistencies in the curriculum and associated issues that need to be addressed in the institutions. Further, the vision helps improve relationship between Saudi Arabia and other countries through the economic, educational, and the medical fields. The paper will be a critical evaluation of Saudi vision 2030 especially in the university educational systems. Summary The main issue presented in the article entails changing university curriculum to meet the demands of the vision 2030. In order to achieve the vision, the country is committed towards ensuring that learners acquire the necessary communication language through training. Besides, the government of Saudi Arabia and relevant authorities understand that in order to interact effectively in education, medical, and economic terms, English language is essential. The vision is embedded on the eliminating obstacles in learning the English language in order to achieve development.
