With the continued increased use of technological innovation in classrooms, different technological systems can be used to enable the teachers and the staff to share best practices from their supplemental learning experience (Deal & Peterson.,2016). In this paper, a collaborative learning approach is used as a technology-based system for shared learning and designed to focus on key areas of professional learning and shared learning such as evaluation of topics for professional learning, sharing of valuable information, implementation of shared values and provision of reflective feedback for teachers and the staff.
