The teacher’s prime responsibility would always remain attached to the need to bring the entire mental caliber to same level so that the learning could be uniform and equalized as well. I am actually planning a spoonfeeding session in the eyes of my colleagues, but my pupils need to start somewhere, and I am going to give them the feeling that one derives from actually understanding some complex process, and once, the students have that taste then, they are going to develop a pattern of successfulness, and with the passage of time, they are going to develop academic addiction towards learning, and they will grow restless if they cannot expand their informational base for the period of a single day.
In this way, I have a commitment to find extraordinariness in ordinary people, and therefore, I believe in the concept of motivating people structurally, and then, I sit back and relax while my students take charge of their lives, and grow greatness in themselves eventually. The attribute of self image with positive stature would keep oneself intrinsically motivated, and the special kids do not receive that sort of encouragement, but when they see the opportunity for growth then, they use every muscle of their body in order to cease the moment.
