Introduction
The teacher’s prime responsibility would always remain attached to the need to bring the entire mental caliber to same level so that the learning could be uniform and equalized as well. The educators have to use different technological methods in order to communicate various concepts and ideas to the class. Secondly, the element of multiculturalism will manifest itself in the classroom setting as well, and therefore, I would have to remain ready and prepared in this regard as well so I am using English as a medium of instructions. I am actually planning a spoonfeeding session in the eyes of my colleagues, but my pupils need to start somewhere, and I am going to give them the feeling that one derives from actually understanding some complex process, and once, the students have that taste then, they are going to develop a pattern of successfulness, and with the passage of time, they are going to develop academic addiction towards learning, and they will grow restless if they cannot expand their informational base for the period of a single day.

In my view, special children are blessed souls, and they have something unique to contribute to this world, and I have to give them the energy, and they will pick the direction all by themselves.
