The Cheesecake factory restaurant which was started from the humble efforts and persistent dedication of Evelyn and Oscar Overton; remarkably transformed the cake baking industry with new cheesecake baking recipes that are embellished with great desire by the consumers. It is currently located in the largest city of the Arizona state, Phoenix. Phoenix is the largest city in Arizona and does have a large population hence making this a very prime location for the cheese cake factory restaurant. Enveloped in a society that does love to have a good treat of delicious food and sweet cakes; the restaurant has prestigiously grasped the loyalty of clients in Phoenix and embarked on a great journey of continually expanding.
What happened in the interview?
The interview was a delight as the employees were very benevolent and the internal environment does distinguish an excellent level of class and they offer exquisite, highly catered to meals. The temporary manager Shirleen was very pragmatic while assisting me to be efficacious with my assignment. She was very social and did answer all the questions I asked directly and managed to provide clear explanations that offered an in-depth understanding of both the restaurant and her management position. Even though it was not a primarily needed answer to get, Shirleen did firmly stick to her choice of not explaining why she was currently working as a temporary manager rather than as a permanent employee at the cheesecake factory restaurant.
The employees did essentially place great effort in their serendipitous treatment towards the interview visit. They were very ready to answer any questions I had and did offer quality services in accommodating me for the day. It was a very pleasant visit that did yield valuable results with the interview.
The style of the restaurant
The cheesecake factory restaurant was greatly inspired by the Overtons as Evelyn always came up with ultra modern and unique cheesecake recipes. Her passion for cooking did exemplify a new generation of creative cooking and baking in the food industry. Due to the business being nurtured for many decades, the reputation of the company is highly distinguished among the consumers.
The cheesecake factory restaurant style is providing an internal classy environment where the arrangement of the guests sitting is very orderly and beauteous in the outlook. The manner of serving food is also conducted in a high class system as they do offer meals in different preferences such as appetizers, salads, desserts, pastas, snacks, freshly baked breads specialties and main meals specialties (All menus, 2014).
The restaurant has also implemented the innovative style of always creating new recipe meals in order to enrich the culture of the society continually as well as enhance the satisfaction of consumers. The restaurant does offer the best cuisines in Phoenix for both direct consumptions at the restaurant as well as takeaway meals.
