Sell your ideas Steve's jobs way: he demonstrates how business people can sell their ideas through using Steve jobs way. Steve uses the method ‘big picture before air'. Where by his idea entails the solution to problems in the market and also uses less information to communicate his idea and also, also, he uses pictures or images to sell his idea which is easier to understand and to remember for consumers
Introduction to resume writing: here resume writing is important for the employer and the employee. It helps the applicant to stand out from other candidates and put him or her on track for an interview. There is the functional writing part which focuses on the skills and qualification of the applicant, and also there is the chronological resume focuses on the education and the experiences of the candidate also it helps the employee to identify the gap in the business that suits your training and also experience. The video talks about the important things in the resume.
The best way to succeed in business to be in business: this talk about how to start a business and shows meaningful ways to succeed in the firm that is like identifying your competitors and what they are doing that you aren't and looking for more ideas to develop the business like offering services such as delivery services.
Lastly, art and decoration in ancient Egypt: this talks about how the ancient Egyptian art crafts played the role of creating identities. 1 Compare the differences between an academic paper and one newspaper article, answer the four questions in 500 words:
* How they are structured; an essay section is organised in a way that is convincing and makes sense at the same time. It has a general structure that is the introduction which consists of the public statement and the thesis and the brief summary of the main topic/ arguments made in the essay.it has the body where we find several topic sentences and supporting evidence and finally the conclusion. While a newspaper article it has the heading which is the attention getting statement then the byline which tells us who wrote the story and then we have the lead paragraph which is the opening sentence which entails of who, what, when, why and how. Where the writers answer the questions and lastly the explanations sections here the author answers all the question the reader might have while reading the headline. Then maybe the additional information on other related event and the least relevant information.
* What is the core argument? The core argument in the essay article is in the thesis statement which not only states the case but also gives the indication of the organisation of the essay. Other reasons they are found on the body of the article which is backed up with support evidence. The core argument of a newspaper article is the headline of the article, and other arguments are found in the explanation paragraphs.
* How does the writer use evidence to back up his or her ideas? The author uses evidence to persuade readers. The author uses the evidence to develop and support thesis statement and also the arguments in the body of the essay article. The writer uses the evidence to back up his or her ideas or events in the newspaper article that are being explained further in the explanation paragraph and also the leading item while answering the question that might be on the reader’s mind.
