Stress can be how a person's body reacts to different situations, thus immediately changing one's behavior. Sometimes stress can have either positive or negative effects on our bodies. Many researchers have concluded that it can harm humans when stress persists for a long time (Pinho, et al., 2021).
Studies have shown that stress can be reduced in many forms, but some courses have a significant impact when used. Counseling has been majorly used in many cases concerning stress due to its impact on how a person can be helped when they reach out and talk; let's take an example when a person goes into a deep depression, he can be allowed when he reaches out and talks about the issue at hand (Pinho, et al., 2021). Another way that has also shown significant impact when dealing with stress is putting your thoughts in words or writing them down on paper. These have greatly relieved many going through depression and anxiety because it helps the victims feel less intimidated and have confidence, thus helping avoid pressure and stress (Pinho, et al., 2021).
