Definition of a career line is important as it helps us come clear with what we aim at achieving and improving career commitments (Moran, Duffield, Donoghue, Stash, and Blay, 2011). As a nursing student, my career goal is to become a “midwife” and delivering all the professional services in line to the title. Before the achievement of the career goal, there are many challenges that one must overcome. Strategizing on career progression makes it easier to achieve set goals (Wright, 2003). The purpose of this paper is to identify my career goal, strategize on its achievement, and analyze the impact of technology on its achievement.
