Conspire to Uninspire Student Name University Affiliation Conspire to Uninspire We most often “conspire to uninspire” in learning, especially reading and writing. Reading and writing require active learning. Reading and writing are complicated matters that require a slow grasp and learning process. Any learning process that is pushed or forced on anyone results in one no be able to learn correctly and develop a love for reading and writing. Learning anything complex often needs a dedicated process of teaching. The process is delicate because it does not require a rushed, forced or hasty process. The process needs the right amount of time and the utmost patience. I included a more significant percentage of kids, always loved reading and writing when young some loved comic books, some historical others musical books. I loved reading comic books. On growing up, especially in the middle school, children start developing a hate for reading and writing. Many had their genuine reasons for developing hatred. This particular paper will keenly examine various reasons that warranted the development of hate at a greater depth. I used to love reading and writing ever since when I was little. I used to love reading comic books and caricatures. I was a prominent English fan too, and I loved writing articles. Drawing caricatures, reading novels and writing my daily diaries. However, as I grew up, our syllabus started changing, in school assignments began to become complicated, the content we were taught in the class started to be hard to grasp. Some subjects were easy to comprehend, but the more significant percentage of the issues were very subtle. Math calculations were by far my worst subject. Chemistry classes were a nightmare; it always felt like we were forced to read things we had no interest in reading. A dislike for reading and writing anything started developing in me as I advanced to the next class, my hate for reading and writing increased. Up until today, I still struggle to immerse myself in words again wholeheartedly. According to Takauji (2017), people develop such disconnect with reading and writing because of a lack of patience and the disinterest in reading whatever the content they were reading. So, others generally peruse the content or hastily flip through the book's pages without keenly reading it. Some just put back the book to the shelf without bothering to know what the book entails unless acted upon by external forces like assignments or if one has to. The all-entire reading process is always viewed by many as a dreadful process. The thought of starting to open a book and start reading is very unpleasant. Many people dislike writing because writing consumes a lot of o time. One begins to hate writing because writing a piece of article or even a short story takes a lot of time to write; what makes it even harder for anyone during this process is coming up with the content to write. When doing creative thinking, most people tend to consume a lot of time trying to develop the best content that fits whatever you are writing well. Like I said before unless it is an assignment or one must do the writing and reading. This point tries to prove that one can dislike the process just because of patience or unwilling to do it. According to (Shawn 2018). Other reasons for the development in the dislike of reading and writing is by forcing a child to read some challenging books that are very hard for the child to grasp. When I was still little, our class teacher always read the book 'classics of literature. The book was indeed tough to understand. Most classic books tend to use a lot of tricky obsolete words. The books are very rich with vocabularies, and most if not all of them were relatively obscure. So the book classics of literature that our class teacher forced us to read daily contained 50,000 vocabulary words ...
