Discuss your interest in the Ed. D program and how you believe it will help you reach your short- and long-term professional goals.
The Doctor of Education in Leadership online and Organizational Change prepare me to work in an extensive change of leadership characters and change organizations for optimum success and growth. As the workplace continues to evolve, the need for modern organizational leadership can lead the next workforce generation to progressive heights. While many aspects of the workplace have changed, management has struggled to adapt to its new workforce's needs. This is especially apparent by leaders' public missteps in some of today's most influential companies. Now is the time to double down and capitalize on the evolution of the workplace. Now is the time to invest in your education and obtain an EdD in organizational leadership to become the leader l have always wanted.
With great interest and enthusiasm, I am applying to participate in Doctor in the USC Rossier School of Education. Throughout my career, I have found myself emerging as a leader and expert in whatever field I have worked in, whether it be health care, technology, or hospitality. I have an innovative approach to problem-solving, which often seems heightened under extenuating or stressful circumstances. I started my career in Organizational Leadership and quickly recognized my passion for organizational leadership and administration. After acquiring my Bachelor, I have quickly risen to become a top performer recognized at corporate levels in the successful Kaiser Permanente organization. I want to sharpen my leadership abilities and continue to progress in healthcare at an executive level. My aspiration was birthed from my experiences working alongside some very talented individuals that held posts such as Chief Operating Officer or Chief Executive Officer. These individuals came from a very similar background to my own. I am attracted to the impact that one person could make on a community attained through such a position of authority and influence. I desire to do just that, to have a lasting impact on the lives of those in my community. I believe that Ed.D program will help me to accomplish that goal.

In considering your personal, educational, and employment background, in what ways do you hope or expect to contribute to the academic and professional community at USC Rossier?
Given a chance by the administration of USC Rossier, I expect to gain from their teachings and expect to subsidize significantly to the professional and academic community. I will do this by utilizing my personal, educational, and employment background. I have a wealth of experience ranging from working at a Pre-Visa English school where I trained students who wanted to go to English speaking countries to teaching adopted Chinese children. The experience I have gathered from my employment background will enable me to contribute to the course development, reviews, and upgrades at USC Rossier. This is because I have interacted with many students who learn English as a second language. As such, I know the challenges they undergo as they struggle to master English before proceeding for further studies away from their countries. Therefore, I will take this chance to suggest the incorporation of changes that would enable students to enjoy studying English as a second language.
My desire for education forced me to change my career and professional paths. My main goal today is to get EdD into training to change directions. I hope to strengthen educational objectives in school administration. Also, I look advancing to sharing education and knowledge to have a positive impact on the USC Rossier professional community.
Currently in the federal government as the Human Resource Manager for the military service hundreds of Marines. I also practice martial arts on my off time. I find this to be a way to relax and relieve my stresses from school. Most importantly, a better mentor in education gave me a positive experience. The most important project I want to work on is to help a ground-breaking and visionary group of employees implement organization policies related to their personal needs. Also, I would aspire to train employees on creating initiatives to expand the quality of the organization. This is done over cooperation to improve student performance.
As someone who has held a position of authority in Human Resource Manager for a department that spanned 12 facilities including two medical centers encompassing a 50-mile radius, serving 350 full-time equivalent employees, 14 Supervisors, and three Mid-level Managers, I have gained a diversified perspective that has provided me with exceptional interpersonal skills and an inside view of how adult learners are enlightened. I have the confidence and competence to stand as a leader and the flexibility to sit as an engaging peer or team member. I am an "out of the box" thinker and believe that our diversity makes the team successful. I can recognize when the team I am participating in needs of a leader or a team member to inspire them. I believe that my participation in the professional and academic community at USC Rossier will ignite exciting and innovative theories to practices that will spark change in our community.
I have learned to realize and appreciate personal beliefs and their surrounding environment shape that individual characters. Consequently, my character has been influenced by my parents' values of determination and hard work. My preliminary determination is to bring about the values of determination and hard work in the institution. Additionally, I seek to bring into the institution courage, which is the driving force behind determination.

Choose a problem relevant to your intended field of practice. As an organization leader, discuss what kind of information you might need to address leadership in organizations problem and why such information is necessary and relevant to the problem you have identified.
Managing an organization is a two-way leadership tactic that works on what is most significant for the individual and what is most acceptable for the organization at a particular time. It correspondingly works ethic and an attitude that allows a person to connect from the bottom, middle, top, or of the organization.
While discoursing every aspect of organizational leadership, it would be far past the possibility of this document, the five essential elements of organizational management are defined below. Organizational leadership involves thoughtful of one's worldview and that of employees. Worldview is an intricate image formed by different lenses allowing people to view the biosphere. It's not like identified religious perspective or political opinion, and then it addresses these issues. It contains everything that man thinks of the world by combining material and intangible.
The image of the human world is defined by attitudes, opinions, beliefs, and the individual's external forces that allow them to be influenced. Worldview is a "user guide" on the use of individual interfaces with the world. The one who ignores how an individual's connection to the world is much weaker to lead these individuals.
Also, leading an organization requires insight into the complex world view of the association, which comprises many different and occasionally contradictory worldviews of individuals in the organization.
Effective management needs leverage and vulnerability management. Strength can be well-defined as the reliable, near-perfect concert in action. A person must perform a procedure with a success rate of approximately 95% to consider this action's performance as a force. Power is not necessarily the same as power. Power is a force; if you don't know com, don't do it repeatedly, happily, and efficiently.
Developing power in each activity requires specific natural talents. Although you sometimes build strong points without getting the right skills or knowledge, it is impossible to gain strength without the necessary skills. The key to structuring strength in good faith is identifying leading skills and improving with skills and knowledge.
You don't have to be strong in all aspects of the role to improve in that role. The fact that perfect artists should have a good rounding is a widespread myth. Improved artists have the following qualities.
It takes ethics to run an organization. Ethics helps leaders balance loyalty and truth, communities and individuals, in short as well as long term, and mercy and justice. Ethics is not a wise or cooperation. It is a procedure and a lens through which managers method a problematical situation. Ethics is unbiassed, but to be involved. Operative leaders use ethics to search for a "hidden alternative" to morally dubious circumstances. It's a breadth that leaders move not merely right versus wrong, but then again right versus right.
Together, these four cornerstones determine how others view an individual leader and the case of organizational leadership; awareness is authenticity for all operative goals. The manager might have shifted responsibility to different persons, but without pointing out the foundations of leadership or being the necessary, ethics, strength, communication, or else understanding the worldview that the spearhead is not a leader. A leader can adequately control a leader with leadership qualities.

Please discuss any circumstances in your educational or employment background that you wish the admissions committee to consider. You did not find an opportunity to explain in the application.
