Good and Bad teacher Good and Bad Teacher can only be identified by Students’ perception and experiences. Some students can sit in a class and want to learn and engage with a good teacher or the class could be extremely boring because of a bad teacher. The question you have to ask is what qualities does a teacher have to make them a good or bad teacher? What components does a good teacher have, that a bad teacher doesn’t? Being a good teacher means having a great personality, being fun, and keeping a nice attitude. They also are able to keep their students engaged in learning the materials that they are teaching. A good teacher doesn’t mind having a bad student in their class because they enjoy what they do so it’s not hard to make those one or two bad student(s) become engage in class. A bad teacher is the complete opposite of a good teacher. They have a terrible personality, their class is usually boring, and they have a nasty attitude. If a bad teacher has bad student in their class, then they don’t have too much to stay to them and they usually start to corrupt the whole class. I think there are a few things that separate a good teacher from a bad teacher: how they teach the class, what they are teaching the class, and how often they are available for their students. How the teacher teaches the class is really important. If the teacher is not engaging with the students, then the students won’t be as eager to learn the tone of the teaching.
Teaching can without any doubts be called the leading power of the society’s development. It is well known that there exist three main factors that influence the development of the personality. They are: heredity, social encirclement and education. Usually, the term education is used meaning the great impact that parent have on the future personality of their child. But this also includes school education, because nowadays, when parents are very busy, they are the people, who teach children what is beautiful and what is ugly, what is right and what is wrong. Through them children learn to perceive the inner world. And the way they perceive it depends on the teacher’s personal particularities that are transmitted to children through interaction and the knowledge that the teacher offers them. A good teacher is a person who finds individual approach to every pupil, taking care about the child’s adaptation in class, increasing one’s social status in class and making sure the children learn to take into account and respect the thoughts of other people. The good teacher of modern era has a lot of pressure and responsibilities. And only those teachers can fulfill their responsibilities who are dedicated have natural zeal, and training. In the profession of teaching, good teacher should have some good teaching qualities in order to perform his or her role well. Following are the traits of a good teacher
Teachers are not expected to have patience with those who are not disciplined, lazy or with those who irritate other students in class room. But teachers are professionally responsible to have patience with those students who want to learn or those students who are sincere in their studies.
Passion is the essential element of a good teacher. If teacher is not taking interest in relevant subject, how can he expect his students to? How students will learn those things their teacher not takes interest. Take interest and go ahead to teach it too other.
A good teacher always brings new information to the classroom. Teachers must have updated information in respective field. One of the qualities of a good teacher is he not only rely of text books but always use other sources to inform he students about new development.
If you don’t know about something how can someone teach it. Command over subject is necessary every good teacher. Command over subject will prove effective
A best teacher always makes adjustment with circumstance. He or she does not stick to a specific syllabus and curriculum.
There are many different types of teachers, and we all have had that one really bad teacher. You might have had the one who stands at the room and just talks, or the one who passes out homework and will not answer your questions, or even the one who just sits in the back of the room and will not do anything. This is the teacher who for everyone.
First off, we have the teacher who talks at you, not to you or with you. They stand at the front of the room reading from the and they expect you to pay attention. They might stand there and say a few words, tell you to read, but not explain it clearly, hoping that everything that they say is understandable. You do not learn anything this way. Sometimes you need someone to explain it and talk with you. {Cieslik, & Pollock, 2002}
There is also the teacher who teaches but will not answer your questions. They will attempt to explain it as best they can, but if you do not understand it, they think that it is your fault and you should learn it yourself. They may pass out a paper and when you raise your hand, they ignore you. Then when you go to their desk to ask them your question, they say “Sit down”. If you do not understand something in the beginning of the assignment, how will you understand anything after?
Finally, there is the teacher who walk into the room, is sitting in the back, staring their computers. You sit down and talk a little bit and expect them to get up to teach you something. When there is about ten minutes left of class, you realize that you anything today. Sure, the kids in the class might think that it is cool the first couple days, but after a while, it gets old not doing anything

On the other hand, to all parents’ kindly aske your child by first asking them to pinpoint exactly what the issue is and what they think might make it better. Suggest some coping techniques they can use in the classroom to deal with the problem. For example, if the teacher doesn't answer questions, can your child find the answer in a book, from their classmates, a website, or their notes? If the classroom is chaotic, can your child move to a quiet spot in the room or the hallway to do their work?
If the schoolwork is boring, can your child nicely suggest to the teacher to assign additional projects? Try a role-playing scenario where your child can practice approaching their teacher about the problem. Or, you can coach them with a few talking points they can use on their own when talking to the teacher.
Schedule a time to talk with the teacher. It is best to do this in person, if possible. Let the teacher calmly know what your child has shared with you, and give the teacher a chance to respond. Be careful to present what your child has said without being accusatory. For example, you could say, "My son seems to think you don't like him, he says that when he asks for help with his math you just tell him to try. He feels lost in math. How can we work together to improve his experience?"
The teacher may have a different explanation of the events. They may be totally unaware of how they are perceived. After hearing how your child feels, they may be moved to reflect upon their behavior and take a fresh approach.
It may not be easy to hear, but you may learn your child is part of the problem. For example, their teacher may be unwilling to assist them.
A bad teacher is more than just a boring or impatient teacher. A truly bad teacher can have an impact on a child's emotional health. Research shows the way a teacher runs their classroom and engages with students plays a big part in how kids feel about themselves and their education. (Bessant. Watts., & Sercombe, 1998).
