Technology has proved to play a significant role in the lives of humans. People use technology throughout their lives to do their routine duties. This reveals how much people are becoming dependent on technology ranging from smartphones, computers, artificial intelligence to information technology. Technology has not only changed the modern workplace but also the behaviour and psychology of individuals. Individuals have become more attached to technology that even businesses and institutions are also developing their services and strategies around technology. For, example the traditional techniques of doing business such as physical interaction between buyers and sellers has been drastically replaced by e-commerce. Overdependence on technology is also linked to various psychological impacts; for instance, individuals often find it hard to solve cognitive tasks especially those that require reasoning and problem solving skills. However, technology has not only changed the manner in which people interact but also human behaviour and psychology.
