Training of employees in an organization is multifaceted. It promotes efficiency, determination and motivation among the employees.
First, employee training improves the employees work flow. Most people who have been in the work force for long are able to integrate new systems for productivity due to their experience. Nevertheless new process requires training since they may make employees less efficient. Training employees will motivate them to improve workflow due to confidence.
Second, motivates the workers and it would be easier to Identify employee strengths. For instance an employee who is particularly good at marketing or calculations May have a privilege of to develop his/her skills further in training. This creates self esteem among the employee so long as they are offered interesting and relevant training. The corollary to this is that employees should be offered training that is interesting and relevant to their work (Buckley, R., & Caple, 2009).Â
