2 Were any of the results surprising to you? Elaborate. (10 pts)
No they were not. Ever since I was Kid, I have always had a zeal to achieving. This is clearly evidence through my performance both in class and in sports. I was motivated by my father, who would inform me that, in life you have to win, to survive, a statement I closely took to heart and resonates in everything that I put my mind to do. Addationally, they can be no winning unless one is focused. I have come to learn that, focus is largely in the mind, it is an attribute one has to constantly practice.Basically focus results to success and achievement. However all this two attributes cannot be complete without strategy. I have come to learn that, strategy is not only in sports-where most of my classmate perceive it to be, but rather in class as well as in life .My father taught me since childhood, the importance of having a clear goal, strategizing on the goal, being focus and finally achieving, becoming a winner.
3 How do these themes positively impact how you do your schoolwork? Give examples. (10 pts)
All this themes have largely impacted me positively. Achieving for one has enabled me have a zeal to work harder and perform better than my classmates in order to become a winner. On the other hand, being focus both in class and in sports have enabled me produce exemporary results both in my exams and in field performance. I believe focus should not only be centralized in sports but also in classroom as well as in life as a general. Being strategic has enable me achieve more in less time. As a result, I have been able to achieve more sparing time for leisure and socialization. Input on the other hand have enabled me acquire information I would have never thought existed, for example, through brashing some library materials, I came across, a report on strength and how I can maximize my strength to achieve greatness, I found this report so informative and am a testament to the fact of the words of Abraham Linkon that ’’everything that I have learned, I have learned from books’’.
Being futuristic has enable me aim at the sun, broadening up my mind to limitless possibility over how extensive I can perform and reach.
4 How do these themes negatively impact how you do your schoolwork? Meaning, what are the dark sides of your top five? Give examples. (10 pts)
The need to achieve have sometimes had a negative effect in that, I sometimes find myself stretching beyond my limits, for example, I would sleep late at night revising for my exams which sometimes makes me feel dizzy in class instead for concentrating. Focusing too much on one goal, has resulted to on missing on other as much important goals in life, for instance, I spent most of my holiday in the library, revising constantly, and I missed some great opportunity to socialize and minggle with my friends. Being too strategic sometimes results into one missing on the goal. Input on the other hand also sometimes result to one acquiring some information which may not be necessarily good and positively informative and as the wise saying goes, ’’too much knowledge results to sorrow”. Being too much futuristic has sometimes resulted to missing on present opportunities, for example, I sometimes find myself day-dreaming too much, instead of taking opportunity of present opportunities.

First and foremost, every company wants to hire a winner. As an achiever,I find this theme very suiting. My ability to focus and achieve a goal, will be great for me, as it would see me,rise in ranks. For one, managers are required to be both motivational as well as focus, everyone of us would want to hire a person who is focus. Being focus not only would spearhead my promotion in work, but also improve my work performance. Strategy is needed for a company or a business to succeed .
