To whom it may concern,
I have known Mrs.Theresa family for 20 years.As a Pastor,I have been involved with Mrs.Theresa family as members Houston Living Church Elder Committee and as a Sunday school classes teacher.
I have observed that Mrs.Theresa family are very kind and loving people.I have personally also known James-as their adopted child since he was five years old. It is a fact that Myanmar doest have any adoption decree and therefore don’t find legally any proof that James was legally adopted.Mrs.Theresa family have always interacted in a kind and friendly way with other memeber of the Church and have found them to be very important members of society.James on the other hand have been a very active member of Sunday school usher team and his kindness has not gone un-noticed.
I do not know of anything that would show that James was illegally adopted.I give my unreserved recommendation that they be allowed to keep James.
