Oracle ERP is characterized by limited customization as a result of several organizations preferring the software system. This prompts the need to regulate and control the customization procedures. Through the SAP ERP vendor, it can be easy to access information and data hence making decision making processes efficient (Elbahri et al., 2019). SAP ERP is cost efficient.
