Poetry for me is one of the best forms of literature with all the language used, whether in a simple or aesthetic manner. It gives us the impression that bad experiences in life can be beautiful when written in poetry. I myself, as a writer of different kinds of poetry, I make it beautiful because it enhances my imagination and introduces me to a whole new dimension. I do agree that poetry is a mirror which makes beautiful that which is distorted. Poetry is a mirror in the manner when the poet itself reflects on his own work and brings it to life. And sometimes when he reflects on his own works, the world sees it in different views, and his own personal experiences were badly affected by the cruel world. But what makes it beautiful when it comes to poetry is that it can always distort the negative things present in the world. For example, poetry about losing someone is very sad. The idea of being abandoned alone is a very tragic scenario. But when written in poetry, no matter how sad the meaning is, or how heart breaking every line is, it changes the meaning and distorts the negative part of it depending on how we see ourselves or reflect upon the said poetry.
