LEADERSHIP IS INFLUENCE.
Leaders are not born but are made. There are several ways one can become a successful leader. In my argument, I don’t support the idea that successful leadership is authority. One may be given all the authority he requires in order to be successful in his leadership but he fails. In this paper, I am going to actively elaborate how influence could lead to effective leadership as follows.
Managing time properly is the key factor of successful leadership. Although in logical meaning, you can’t "manage time" for time will pass no matter what control measure you may take. What you can do to manage this is to manage energy and activity management. This can be on completing the tasks that had been not completed.
Delegation of duties among your members whom you are leading is essential too. The best way is not by telling someone what to do but by making someone get the logic behind doing what needs to be done. Ensure the concerned people understand the thought process, when the team you are leading is read to manage themselves, then you are improving your leadership. A leader needs to be motivational, for in stance, when employees find the meaning in their work, this is the time they need to be motivated.
A leader must inspire his team of employees so that the employees get motivation. For leaders, they should be in positions of managing activities and lead by example by creating time with your people. It is evident that the role of leadership ...
