Instructions:

Chinese government entities, including military hospitals, courts, police, prisons and other detentions centers are involved in the systematic, forced harvesting of vital organs from Falun Gong prisoners. Patients who obtain organs transplants in China often are not aware that when they obtain a new heart, kidney or liver, someone in China is killed on demand. And the person is generally not a criminal on death row, but someone who is persecuted for their faith. This paper should explain how organ harvesting in China violates the human rights because this is Crimea against humanity and therefore must be stopped.
This paper should include at least 1-2 different sources (journal articles, governmental sources, declaration of human rights) per page supporting your thesis statement.

Abstract
The ideology of human organ procurement has always been practiced in China for centuries though the idea has been condemned for being against the human rights. At the same time, the practice has not yet been unabated until now. The Chinese authorities have supported the idea with claims that the constructive measures are in place with the aim of conforming to the ethical standards that are accepted. The society and the world agree that the use of organs from the executed prisoners is unethical in nature. There practice also fails to point out the practice to miss the required ethical facts since there is limited informed consent and insufficient coverage of forced procurement of the organs from prisoners of conscience without attaining permission. Strategies have been implemented to influence positive change in relation to procurement of the organs in China though majority of the practices have failed. Additionally, organ transplantation and donation services in China have accrued numerous reforms and structural changes over the past few years. The fundamental considerations are laid on shifting the practice to attain ethical standards while sourcing the organs. This paper aims to discuss the organ trade in China and reflect upon the procurement of the organs from the prisoners who are executed. The concept is to understand the human rights and ethical standards behind the practice. At the same time, the paper will also look at the contradictory arguments presented by the Chinese government on the efforts to halt the organ procurement through the use of force from the executed prisoners. Finally, the paper will look at the current actions being practiced to address the issues through offering recommendations that would be ethically indefensible in controlling the practice.
