Panic disorder is a classification of anxiety disorder. This disorder is identified by sudden recurring panic attacks (Locke, Kirst, & Shultz 2015). panic attacks are characterized by a sudden feeling of intense fear. Due to this fear, a person may experience difficulty in breathing, shaking, sweating or other similar signs. (Smith, Robinson, & Segal 2018). Patients of panic disorder anticipate future attacks making them more worried. As a result, they will want to avoid things that bring out fear and anxiety in them such as crowded places (Smith, Robinson, & Segal 2018). However, diagnosed patients may seek medical treatment to reduce their attacks and control the disorder.
