School community is essential in the attainment of one’s academic goals. There are many issues that normally encompass any school community. Interacting with people from diverse backgrounds holds the gist of the school community. Learning is always made simple when students decide to share their personal experiences. These form the necessities of a given community, as one need to learn from the cohort. A school community can also be detrimental in the development and sustenance of norms. Common core standards are always pertinent towards the achievement of the desired goals within the school system. 
Culture is slowly washed away as we adapt to the new living. It starts slowly by the small things such as the language and consumption of small and new ways of living. This makes the students forget them culture. They may meet other students who are not well behaved, hence interfering with positive growth. This means that teachers have a major call to ensure discipline within their midst.
Low socio-economic schools' communities always emanate from the diverse backgrounds that students come from (Fullan, 1993). This brings about classes in the school system. The negative impact on the same could be the lack of equality among the students. Some may despise the rest, basing on the economic-endowment. Teachers and parents may also have a problem in line with meeting the goals of each party. Parents always want a bright life for their children, while the teachers have goals to meet. Hence friction.
Organizational management, as well as the daily decision-making processes in modern organizations, necessitates a high level of coordination to change knowledge as well as workflow processes into functional outputs. An organization develops like an organism, as it takes phases, before achieving its goals and targets. This also calls for an amicable environment to ensure that there is a balance in the allocation of resources. Also important is the current work arrangements and plans, characterized by division of labor or segmented assignments (like departments, regions, product lines, and country, among others); all of which make work effectively done and management easy (Mandel, 2006). In this regard, there has to be harmony in the event of undertaking any decisions. The process should be all inclusive and all stakeholders given an ear. This will avoid any commotion that may arise if other stakeholders are not given a chance to express their view (Freire & Horton, 2012).

I am a teacher hence involved in ensuring the coordination within the departments and harmony in the whole institution. Then decisions taken in line with the students should be for the benefit of both parties, since they need to grow, not only physically, but mentally too. Must mutual growth among all the departments in the school, where I come out as a responsible party, basing on the decisions I take (Bolman & Deal, 2008).
