Part one details the beginnings of the band with Splitz starting with working-class childhood memories of George, John, Paul and Ringo who were brought up in Liverpool during post-war era. Splitz explains how they merged to form a band in 1960 and become reputable. He does not shy away from sharing his members’ flaws as he recounts how the band discarded ruthlessly former members such as Stuart, the bassist and Pete, the drummist.
In part two, the success and rise of the band to top charts in the United States, Britain and the rest of the work are highlighted. Also, Splitz narrates the band’s stories where they appeared on the Ed Sullivan show and were introduced to bhang by Bob Dylan. Brian Epstein made a poor business choice while learning the ropes and the band group has STIs in the 1960s.
