The transportations and warehouse industry in the United States is one of the essential industries because it offers organizations a high-income potential. The industry includes giving transportation to passengers and cargo, warehousing and storage for goods, sightseeing and scenic transportation, and other support activities connected to transportation. The establishment of the industry needs transportation equipment and other related facilities as assets that are productive. The equipment is dependent on the mode of transportations and what is to be stored. This paper will offer the changing trends in the transportation and warehousing industry for the United States.

The above figure shows that there have been changes in the Real GDP of the United States. The Real GDP has been increasing over the three years from 17659.2, 18,050.7, 18,566 .4 from 2016, 2017, and 2018 respectively. It has also led to the increase of personal consumption expenditures, gross private domestic investment, and net exports of goods and services.
