Introduction
End Stage Renal Disease (ERSD) is common among many Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients. The primary role of the kidneys in the body is to control the chemical balance in the body, production of red blood cells and controlling the body blood pressure. Uremic toxins cause CKD and ESRD. The adoption of alternative treatment options offers an efficient and natural way for removal of the toxins. Though there are preventative approaches that can be taken for ESRD and CKD, once a person has a CKD diagnosis, is it sure to progress to ESRD. Many of the patients require to undergo kidney transplants or dialysis. Both treatment options for this ailment are rather expensive and hard to sustain for many patients. It is also very difficult to find a matching. Thus, it is important to seek alternative treatment and sustenance approaches to ERSD.

Thus, the audience for this issue are CKD and ESRD patients as well as their primary caregivers. It also addresses ESRD medics.
End Stage Renal Disease is the final phase of Chronic Kidney Disease. At this point, the kidney is unable to sustain all the necessary body functions. At this point, it is unmanageable for the patient to live without either a kidney transplant or dialysis. The most common causes of ESRD are known to be high blood pressure and diabetes.
The typical symptoms of ERSD are;
* Dry skin and itchiness
* Fatigue
* Nausea
* Headaches
* Weight loss appetite loss
Other symptoms that may be an indicator of ESRD are
* Numbness
* Drowsiness

ESRD Alternative Treatment
Renadylâ„¢
The conventional treatment options for ESRD are kidney transplant and dialysis. However, there are other treatment options that are not as financially involving as these conventional treatments. Renadylâ„¢ is used as a kidney supplement for CKD patients. Renadyl is a biotic supplement that metabolizes nitrogenous wastes that have moved from the bloodstream into the bowel. Renadylâ„¢ converts the colon into a supplementary blood cleansing organ. This "cleansing" agent is also known as an "enteric kidneyâ€. The wastes are converted to nutrients for use by the body. An increase in the body’s probiotics contents leads to a higher metabolization rate for nitrogenous waste. Probiotics effectually aid in sustenance of healthy kidney function. When waste materials are not properly metabolized and excreted, their concentration in the blood increases. A high waste level in the bloodstream can be harmful to many organs. An inducement of probiotic supplements or micro-organisms helps in the utilization of body wastes such as urea, creatinine, and uric acid. The micro-organisms metabolize these wastes and use them for growth. The increase in the supplements leads to improved toxin absorption through diffusion from the blood vessels into the bowel and after that their excretion together with feces. Thus the use of Renadylâ„¢ can efficiently help in maintenance of a healthy kidney CITATION kib15 \l 2057 (kibowbiotech.com, 2015).

Naturopathy
This approach is another alternative CKD and ERSD treatment option that takes up the use of traditional and herbal approaches. Though this is not a full proof treatment, it helps the patient in reduction of dialysis sessions, stabilizing body creatinine levels, avoiding transplant surgery or prolonging surgery period and also reduction of the associated symptoms and their effects on the patient. Naturopathy works by reducing the waste load on the kidney thus giving the kidney time to "rest" and recover from damages. It also activates other secondary cle...
