1. Instituting Training on the Job
As an administrator at SLMC, there is need to train all staff members regarding all aspects like customer needs as well as the impacts of variation of processes within SLMC. Importantly, I will need to understand problems staffs face when executing their duties. Therefore, there is the need to train SLMC staffs on the general standards which are satisfactory to work. These standards dictate how such individuals must meet their daily provision of services. Therefore, the training will be scheduled to cover all areas in SLMC particularly offering departmental training to have effective results (Barbara, 2016).
2. Creating Constancy of Purpose
There is need for creating a constancy of purpose as a way of improving services with an objective of becoming more competitive. SLMC needs to offer its services, and as an administrator I have identified the main problems to be current and future problems. Daily problems are unavoidable, implying there must be devotion towards dedication and the purpose of keeping SLMC at the top of offering medical services (Rubneet, 2017). All the decision made must show innovation, and improving the services by recognizing that patients are the most significant part of SLMC services.
3. Instituting Leadership
