I'd like to relate the fact that I grew up in a medically undeserved area of Baltimore, MD. Also being the first in my family to have an interest in dentistry/healthcare this program would benefit me in gaining exposure to the field since I don't have much of a support system opposed to others.

DIVERSITY IN MEDICINE
First, diversity on medicine is a fundamental tenet and a critical aspect to both the entire public health arena and to me as an individual since it creates a tangible loop to cut down inequities in the quality and availability of health care to vast individuals across the globe. In this context, among the central players in escalating diversity encompass the institutions that facilitate both educational learning to health experts, health professions organizations, and persons who take part in the contribution of both excellent quality and culturally competent health care programs.
I have an intense passion and drilled with zeal and drive with a core objective to advance diversity in the medical arena. This absolute drive is aiming at narrowing the gap currently experienced in Medicare by cutting down the vast healthcare disparities which are contemporaneously prevalent and pronounced. The fundamental aspect and most fulfilling end is to achieve a leverage of the overall health services attributed by excellent quality and sparkling improved Medicare for all at a global level.
For instance, one of my prime interests resonates in ensuring that disabled individuals receive equal Medicare share as the rest of the populace. Also, extreme excellent hygiene standards which seem to be currently lacking in most public health institutions ought to be installed and maintained to boost the overall efficiency of Medicare services.
One of the reasons that I dearly need this diversity chance is to expound on my resilience and experience. This opportunity will allow me to showcase my abilities and talents and adequately prepare to take care of distinctly unique and diverse patient demographics. This will ultimately result to a more bold and concrete health care workforce.
