Since its inception, Banner Health has journeyed under a high dedicated and determined leadership, which is responsible for the fast growth and development of the institution. Today, the organization operates in more than fifteen states in the country. The wide market base has allowed the company to focus on employing a diversity-centered culture that is geared towards guaranteeing customer satisfaction. The culturally competent modern services provided by its workforce has necessitated a move towards a more holistic health care approach intended to make the clients more satisfied by providing them with services that meet their expectations (Banner Health, 2014). This combined with proper nurse staffing, good resource management, and proper strategic planning is essential to help the organization grow and develop its network even further.
