Introduction.

APNs may offer preventative care or specialist treatment for patients in complicated medical circumstances. I interviewed one APN to get to know the transition that APNs go through, their roles, challenges they encounter during their practices, and the solution to their problem.

The APN said that new nurses must be prepared to make judgments based on their education, experience, and the experiences of others. It is critical to concentrate on time leadership and management abilities to mitigate the negative impacts of pressure during the transition period. Further, Personal qualities, social support, interpersonal interactions, educational background, job ambiguities, personality, nurse practitioner, workload are a few parameters that influence the shift from RN to NP (Tracy & O'Grady, 2019).
The APN said that it doesn’t matter if the change is deliberate or not; it might be challenging.
