I choose healthy lifestyle because;
A healthy lifestyle will make us feel better, but it could also lower our risk of developing certain diseases, increase our lifespan, save us money, and help the environment.
What you consider a healthy lifestyle is entirely up to you (Alters, S., & Schiff, W.). There is nothing you have to do or avoid to stay healthy. Determine what makes you happy and what brings you the most pleasure. Then, when making changes, start small. You're more likely to see success this way, and small victories will snowball into bigger gains.
Following healthy eating habits, getting enough sleep, and fitting in some physical activity each day is part of a healthy lifestyle (Moore, T., & Ucko, L. E). On the other hand, most people are so preoccupied with their daily routines that they neglect their health. The worst thing you can do to yourself is to ignore your health. Many people only realize this after they experience health problems.
It is time for people to realize that our health is of the utmost importance and that we can only work efficiently on other aspects of our lives if we are healthy. We were developing healthy habits, which necessitate minor adjustments to one's daily routine (Wood, W., Quinn et al). These changes become habitual, and you're living a healthy lifestyle before you know it.
To avoid health problems later in life, setting aside some time to practice the healthy habits mentioned above while you are still young and fit is preferable.
