How long have you been in this field (Human Resource)?
He describes to me his thirty year old career journey with much enthusiasm and passion. He seemed very knowledgeable in this sector as he explains his credentials, skills, education and experience. He was passionate of it and described it as opportunity to help others find their passion.
Where are you currently employed?

What is your worst interview experience?
