The theories I propose to analyze to inform an understanding of my topic critically are Social identity theory, Cognitive dissonance theory, and the Attitudes and beliefs model. Previous research on this topic includes research conducted to see how these topics affect employees and their performance. This study showed that employees are more likely to perform better when they feel a sense of belonging and connection to their company, according to research done by Nelson and Piatak (2021). Another research was on the importance of diversity in organizations which had the findings that variety has been shown to increase employee productivity and quality of work life by Coleman and Lumby, J. (2007) 2. * This study aims to understand the effects of Leadership, Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion on workplace productivity among employees. * The objectives of this study are to determine whether Leadership, Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion has a positive impact on employee productivity; to identify the factors that contribute to an increase in employee productivity through a focus on Leadership, Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion; to calculate the relationship between employee productivity and Leadership, Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion; and to identify variables that have an impact on leadership development program . * The research questions for this study are 1 What is the relationship between Leadership, Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion? (What is the effect of Leaders with diverse backgrounds on employee productivity?)2) What factors contribute to an increase in employee productivity through a focus on Leadership, Diversity, Equality,/Inclusion?
