Many countries have reliable military forces in the world for a long time. Since the beginning of the 20th century, many naval wars, from World War I, World War II to Vietnam War and several other unofficial actions, have been engaged by different countries. At the time of these wars, labor demand grew and led to millions going to, among other areas, the Atlantic, Pacific, and Gulf. The paper compares and contrasts the First, Second World wars, and Vietnam Wars with prewar concern, battles, and foreign policy at the end of the actions.

The Second Indochinese War between 1954 and 1975 is also the Vietnam War. Usually, it is preferable when The Southeast Asia Treaty Organization(SEATO) Participants, including the USA, partnered with Southern Vietnam to contest communists(Edele, 2017). Vietnam's then-President had little else to do other than request support from communist countries such as Russia and China to achieve independence from France's colonial rule.
