Criminal Justice System
Any action taken by an individual, by breaking the federal rules and regulation, which cannot be legally acceptable by the society, is a crime. The criminal justice system is a group of organizations, and practices developed by the government to manage the crime by inflicting punishment on those, who breech the federal rules and regulations. There are several criminal justice systems in United States but, the nature of operations is same. The criminal justice system of each area depends upon the controlling authority. For example, every country, state and city have separate criminal justice system but, the two major systems are state and federal systems (Kleinig, 2015).
* State, this criminal justice system manages and controls the transgression, conducted inside the boundaries of the state.
* Federal, this criminal justice system controls crimes, conducted on the central assets or outside the state.

There are five components of criminal justice system, which includes;
