When visiting the UAE specific rules and regulations have to be followed. The UAEs has a strict policy about the cybercriminals and people that violate human freedoms. This assertion is based on the punishments and fines attached to these criminal acts. Nonetheless, it remains imperative to indicate that the UAE legal system has a dual system that incorporated both local and federal court system. However, specific laws are influenced by Islam religion such as public display of romance. Consequentially, the role of this paper remains with regards to UAE rules that pertain cybercrimes and, copyrights and neighbor rights.
a) Combatting Cybercrime in UAE.
The unauthorized access to computer networks and information system is prohibited in the UEA. This crime is punishable by imprisonment and a fine of around 100,000 dirhams.
