I believe that taking cow milk that has low fat content is responsible for providing dietary fat for many children. Consuming cow milk is healthy. Children who consume cow milk become leaner than children who consume whole milk which is responsible for reducing the risk of obesity. Reduced fat cow milk has fewer calories that are responsible for causing obesity and overweight among children. It is recommended for children to drink reduced-fat milk since it has less saturation of fat and has higher amounts of vitamins compared to whole milk. The reduced fat cow milk reduces chances of having cholesterol that is associated with obesity (Shelley et al.). Reduced fat cow milk is also associated with a reduced risk of adiposity which makes the children who drink it to be less likely to become obese.
