Introduction
The average working period for most people is about 30 years. Statistics still indicate that most people stay in the same organization for most of their working periods, and employees mainly advance the leadership rank. In this regard, there is a necessity that an employee works in an environment that is fitting and which matches his needs (Tepper et al., 2018). Additionally, the working environment needs to be accommodative to all, and an employee should feel motivated when working in a particular organization.
The employee environment is not only the facilities and the buildings but also entails other communal considerations, including the way an employee is treated by management and subsequent chances for improvement in his world-related chores. A workplace that captures all necessary attributes will cultivate motivation and self-drive in an employee (Chitiga, 2018). For this reason, the employees will be able to perform very well in the provision of the services needed. The employment environment is primarily influenced by the employee, as their presence will influence decisions upheld by management. This research paper highlights attributes of a perfect organization, in different respects, and good employee culture.
Human Relations and Motivation
The perfect organization will be accommodative to employees. Employees will be given a chance to participate in events that take place in the organization. An employee is a vital part of the organization. This engagement in the affairs that take place in the organization encourages staff to work harder. An employee will also work hard to accomplish the goals he has set himself. In this regard, an accommodative environment will make the employee perform well in the work that has been allocated to him.
The ideal environment will create a chance for employees to participate and share ideas. The organization will organize social functions, and which encourage staff members to share their ideas and to accomplish more significant accomplishments in their work. The organization will have mapped out events that bring staff together. Employees will share ideas relevant to the organizational capabilities (Akram et al., 2020). Additionally, employees are challenged to realize that they need to work hard as a team with other employees as partners to ensure the organization delivers its services to extraordinary levels. The socialization approach will be encouraged in the workplace, with employees sharing a canteen.
During these periods of breaks, staff members can share their ideas about the affairs of the organization. Additionally, employees will get to learn more about each other, with staff members from different departments. When employees interrelate, they can recognize the various attributes which they have, and for this reason, they are encouraged to be considerate to other staff members.
The ideal organization captures the need to realize that every employee is a vital component of the organization. The management will deal with individuals’ accomplishments and encourage staff members to participate individually and take charge of their affairs. The focus on individual employees is a vital way of making all employees accountable for their work. Individual participation will result in one massive perception of the affairs of the organization.
Purpose of Organization and Employee Development
The ideal organization will have set out protocols in its operations. Ideally, the organization will have a clear-cut organizational maneuver and an established culture in providing services. There will be a defined cause for action, which will be made known to employees early up in their inception to the company (Foley & Willamson, 2019). With the employees who are aware of the programs which are necessary for the organization, and an understanding of future perceptions of the organization, it will be convenient to establish a cause of operation which will yield growth in its operations, and in so doing, cultivate a notion of operational effectiveness which is centered on the needs of the organization and to accomplish success in its operations. The purpose of the organization will be made clear to recruits when needed, and the management will strive to ensure that they engage staff to realize the needed accomplishments and measures which will make the organization a viable entity. Additionally, there will be a need to relate to all staff members and to keep them monitored on their organization, the impact with which employees will take pride in relating to the organization, and adapting to the organizational culture as needed.
