Introduction
Data refers to raw pieces and bits of statistics and facts without context; information refers to data that has been given context or refined data. In contrast, knowledge refers to information that has been analysed and aggregated and applied in decision-making. Knowledge management involves two types of knowledge: explicit, implicit, and tacit knowledge, and companies will always need a system to manage them. Knowledge management refers to a process of physically creating, storing, and maintaining all or nay applicable knowledge owned by various members in a company (Mardani et al., 2018).

Explicit knowledge in an organization includes datasheets, research reports, and white papers.
