IBM has taken significant bolds steps in the organization, executing and tracking its work to provide effective solutions for services offered to its consumers. The strategy has been applied for both its internal and external project development (IBM | PMI, 2018). The strategy has assisted the organization in developing an enterprise which is practical based on project that involves and incorporates the disciplines of management and organization procedures despite the vital problem of poor strategy in its management.
The critical underlying issues in the case study includes a poor strategy. In general, the subsidiary International Business Machine (IBM) seems not to support inclusivity in the organization. The onsite company's managers are allowed to decide its products and how it runs. This is inappropriate because all employees are not included in the management and production of IBM services (IBM | PMI, 2018).. The underlined issue is concerned with the balancing that is the main focus of the case study. This case study stipulates the management of customer services, costs, quality and safety, which are challenging in ensuring employee retention and collaboration.
