As a teacher there are both negative and positive factors that influence professional satisfaction. Teachers require good work environment so that they get teaching satisfaction. Good work or flexible work environment ensure that a teacher teaches at his or her pleasure without the influence of other teachers. They therefore become creative and open to students while at work. Secondly a professional teacher also requires both intrinsic and financial motivation in order to get work satisfaction. A teacher who is properly paid has the desire and zeal to teach because he or she does not seek for other sources of income to supplement teaching income.
