Executive Summary
According to the requirements by the PMU College, all students are expected to undertake an internship as part of the course work in complete attainment of the Degree. The internship should help the students to put in practice skills and knowledge learnt at the school in practice before the actual practicing in the job market. By doing this, it gives the students confidence in what they learnt in class for its practical application and evaluation. For my case, I took my internship at Saudi Aramco Total Refinery Petrochemical (SATORP) in Saudi Arabia, Jubail. I did my internship in the Human Resource Management Department of the company under the Division of Training and Development for a period of eight weeks which commenced on 18th September 2016 and culminated on 10th November 2016. This is the detailed report of my internship which includes the Business model of the company, Functional role of the department where I was attached, SWOT analysis of the company’s business, review of selected literature and the reflection of the my experience during the internship period.
Introduction of the Report

No one individual can acquire skills without any practical application of the learned theories into practice. Therefore for our learning to be effective, practical application in terms of internship is a crucial part of our course work. This report is a scholarly work presented to PMU college of Business Administration, Business Administration Department as part of course work. It is a detailed report of the company and my experience during the internship period.
