Since these models facilitate learning via repetitive experience and information exchange, they provide essential qualities to the companies that value teams, proper planning of activities, dialogue, and diversity. Logical models can be utilized in program examination, execution, planning, and development (Rodrigues et al., 2018). For instance, these models can be applied to design the process of purchasing, marketing approach, or develop the best approaches of resolving conflict. Besides, it can be used to come up with a community-based leadership plan or explain the approaches related to the school improvement plan in a given region.
Input in the logical model design includes the resources that an individual organization has. These resources are utilized to address the state problem. Input can consist of both non-material resources such as staff experience and knowledge and material resources such as physical spaces and the finances available. The method is the most significant aspect of the logic model. Therefore, the approaches to be used should be appropriately selected.
The participants are individuals who will be involved during the process. The participants in the process are relevant as their activities results in the accomplishment of set goals. It is vital to precisely specify the target group and indicate the necessary information concerning them. For instance, the information provided should include aspects such as cultural background and age. It should also provide information on staff and other people involved in the process, such as staff from other companies and the volunteers.
