People spend many hours at their workplaces. Given that work is sometimes tedious and tend to induce stress, there is a need to create a conducive environment that can help the body to relax. Workplace motivation is an essential tool that enables relaxation and enhances comfort. However, different people are motivated differently. Some are motivad by intrinsic motivation factors that involves having passion in undertaking a task and hence feelling obliged to perform better. Others are motivated by extrinsic factors that includes rewards, tips, and incentives to perform better.The relationship between an employee and an employer determines productivity and conduct when performing duties within the organization. The relationship is guided by the psychological aspect that triggers their motivation to interact and perform their duties.
