In every leadership level there will always be all type of situations that will demand individual leadership skills. These situations will always require one to dig deep and bring his or her best qualities as a respected leader. Different people have different personalities and leadership styles when heading particular post or leading big masses. As a leader who will be demanded to solve various conflicts I believe my personality as an idealistic, inspirer and as a committed leader it will be easier in all levels of conflict management.
I have assessed myself as an idealistic leader as a quite person and good listener who is all interested in serving people as a servant leader. I use this personality as a way of conflict resolution because I am only interested in helping and assist people by viewing all types of possibility in a conflict situation. One of the strategies in conflict resolutions requires a collaborating leader who will understand the concerns of his or her subordinates.
As an inspirer who has the ability to give people hope no matter their current situation, I believe this personality is very essential to be enthusiastic to help people understand that they need each other. There will be fewer conflicts if people are presented with a possibility of a great future and rewarding visions. This will assist in helping work mates work together and dream together hence putting their differences aside for the interests of the company or the organization they are working in. By inspiring them, it will immediately help them conserve and maintain ritual respect and care for each other hence assisting me as leader to maintain a respectable environment.
A committed leader will always be there shoulder to shoulder and closer to his subordinates. Personally I feel better when I am working with my fellow teammates. This will make me be always available when I need them or where my intellectual intervention is needed. Subordinates will always try to follow and copy the footsteps of their leaders thus making it easier for me to show a clear guideline of how people should cooperate with each other.
