The individuals desire to do great things, achieve and be successful in life is part of human nature. The craving for success and fear of failure runs in their veins, and it takes nothing to be successful but "attitude". Success often embraces those who have an attitude of listening. Most successful people are the ones who do more listening than talking (Wood et al., 2021). Effective listening is, therefore, indeed more significant than talking. It refers to the ability to accurately comprehend and actively interpret the provided information by the speaker, displaying and providing the speaker with exciting feedback.
